They should be passionate about the company's mission, possess a collaborative leadership style, and have a doctorate in a relevant field. Key skills include expertise in measurement, psychometrics, assessment validity/reliability, research design, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in the EdTech sector, as well as a background in working with state departments of education or large-scale assessment programs, is highly valued.
