Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable applications. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, as well as a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our software solutions. Duties Design and develop high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement system design principles to ensure robust architecture and scalability. Develop and maintain web services and microservices for seamless integration with existing systems. Participate in continuous integration processes to enhance development efficiency. Ensure information security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development practices. Qualifications Proficiency in XML and experience with Pegasystems is preferred. Strong understanding of system design principles and computer networking concepts. Familiarity with continuous integration tools and methodologies. Experience in developing web services and microservices architectures. Knowledge of Windows environments is advantageous. A solid foundation in information security practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
