Real Estate Specialsist

Carlton Fields is seeking a Real Estate Specialist for its Washington, DC office.Candidate must possess professionalism, positive attitude, be proactive and flexible, be a team player, have excellent organizational and client service skills, strong attention to detail, multi-task and prioritize needs based on urgency, and proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as electronic document management systems, required. Filesite experience a plus.Duties Include, But Not Limited To Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading and revising legal documents Assist in putting loan files together Assist with drafting Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan documents, electronic file management and assembling deal packages Assist on miscellaneous Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac matters, including post-closing fixes Performquality control review on copies of transcripts and assemble final transcripts packages Assist with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, calendars and processing expensesThe salary range for this role in the District of Columbia is $50,000 - $65,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
