We exist to give them the technology foundation to do exactly that at whatever size and pace they choose to grow.What You’ll DoAs Director of Partnerships, you will serve as the central owner of all partnership activity at Cerbo OptiMantra — from managing existing relationships to building net-new ones, growing partnership revenue, and shaping our long-term build/buy/partner strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be the face of Cerbo OptiMantra to our partners, a trusted cross-functional collaborator internally, and a key voice in how we grow and evolve the business. This is a net-new role with high visibility and real influence — built for a strategic operator who can both close deals and think at the portfolio level.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartnership Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all of Cerbo OptiMantra's existing and prospective partner relationships Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment, satisfaction, and mutual value creation Develop and manage a structured partner engagement cadence — including business reviews, escalation paths, and joint planning sessions New Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and close net-new strategic, technology, and channel partnerships that align with Cerbo OptiMantra's product vision and growth strategy Clearly articulate Cerbo OptiMantra's value proposition and the strategic rationale for partnership to prospective partners, executives, and internal stakeholders Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and evaluation through negotiation, contracting, and activation Partnership Revenue & Referral ProgramDrive and grow partnership-sourced revenue through co-selling arrangements, referral programs, and joint packaging opportunities Own the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of Cerbo OptiMantra's partner referral program Define and track revenue KPIs for the partnerships function, reporting regularly to the CPO and executive leadership on pipeline and performance Product & Integration CollaborationAct as the internal advocate for partners, triaging issues and coordinating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and technical escalations Serve as a knowledgeable bridge between partners and internal technical teams — able to engage credibly on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities at a conceptual level Contribute to integration roadmap prioritization by surfacing partner needs and market signals to the Product team M&A & Build/Buy/Partner StrategyServe as a key input to Cerbo OptiMantra's M&A evaluation process, bringing market knowledge and partner intelligence to inform build/buy/partner decisions Assess the competitive and partnership landscape to identify strategic gaps and opportunities for inorganic growth or deep integration Partner closely with the CPO and executive team on long-term strategic planning, contributing a partnerships lens to product and company direction Team Leadership & Future BuildingLead and mentor junior partnerships team members as the function grows — fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance Help define the structure, processes, and tooling needed to scale the partnerships organization over time Model the values and behaviors of a world-class partnerships function, even before a formal team is in place Required Skills & Qualifications5–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a closely related strategic role Demonstrated experience within the healthcare technology sector, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem, key players, and regulatory environment Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals including revenue-generating and strategic arrangements Ability to clearly communicate Cerbo OptiMantra's value proposition and the strategic rationale for partnership to a wide range of audiences Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority across Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams Experience with or exposure to M&A processes, strategic assessments, or build/buy/partner frameworks High comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — a self-starter who can build structure independently Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and negotiation ability Moderate technical acumen — comfortable engaging on APIs, integrations, and platform architecture at a conceptual level Demonstrated ability or aspiration to lead and mentor junior team members as the partnerships function scales Willingness to travel moderately (~20–30%) for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events Preferred QualificationsExperience building a partnerships function from the ground up in a health-tech startup or high-growth environment Existing relationships within the healthcare technology or digital health ecosystem Familiarity with partnership tooling (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM/PRM platforms) Prior experience managing or mentoring a partnerships or business development team MBA or equivalent advanced degree Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience Paid Time Off and company holidays Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits Short-term and long-term disability Insurance 401k plan with matching company contribution Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company Location: Atlanta, GA.
