Job Description Bilingual Forklift Driver Spanish/EnglishSummaryThe Bilingual Forklift Driver supports warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods used in food, beverage, and specialty ingredient production.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts (sit‐down, stand‐up, or reach truck depending on facility needs) to load, unload, move, and stage materials.Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of food‐grade ingredients and adherence to OSHA standards.Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, including pallets, racks, and staging zones.Required Qualificationsforklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in both languages.Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.Basic computer or scanner proficiency for inventory tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Company DescriptionLabor Staffing Inc. is a family-owned staffing company based in Decatur, Georgia with over 25 years of experience providing workforce solutions across multiple industries.
