This role delivers direct services, reinforces skill development across environments, and contributes to a collaborative, mentor-driven learning experience aligned with Williamsburg Learning's mission.Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)Direct Student ServicesProvide speech and language services to students in alignment with IEP goals and service minutesImplement evidence-based strategies as directed by the supervising SLPSupport students in developing communication skills across academic and social contextsIEP Support & Progress MonitoringCollect session data and track student progress toward IEP goalsMaintain accurate documentation of services and student performancePartner with the SLP to contribute to progress reports and goal updatesCollaboration with SLP & TeamWork in close partnership with the SLP to ensure alignment of services and strategiesParticipate in team meetings, including weekly Level 10 (L10) meetings, to review priorities and student needsCommunicate effectively with mentors, families, and team members to support student successInstructional Support & Resource DevelopmentPrepare materials and resources for sessions and for use by mentors, teachers, and familiesReinforce communication strategies across classroom and home environmentsSupport generalization of skills beyond direct service sessionsObservation & Screening SupportObserve students in learning environments to provide insight into communication needsAssist the SLP in identifying students who may benefit from servicesConduct screenings as directed by the SLP and within scope of practiceMinimum QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech‐Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and DisordersActive SLPA license/certification in the state of ColoradoExperience working with middle or high school students preferredUnderstanding of IEP processes and special education complianceAbility to implement speech and language interventions under SLP supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and data collectionAbility to collaborate in a team-based, virtual environmentAlignment with Williamsburg Learning's mentor-based, student-centered approachPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Speech‐Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and DisordersExperience supporting students in a virtual or online learning environmentFamiliarity with middle and high school populations (grades 6–12)Working knowledge of assistive technologies (e.g., AAC devices, speech apps, captioning tools)Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (SPED mentors, general education mentors, related service providers)Exposure to progress monitoring systems and data tracking tools used in special educationBasic proficiency or exposure to ASL or alternative communication modalities (based on student needs)Experience supporting IEP goal generalization across home and school environmentsComfort participating in collaborative team structures (e.g., Level 10/L10 meetings, EOS model)Alignment with a mentor-based, relationship-driven instructional approach and a growth mindsetWorking ConditionsFull-time remote positionMust be available during regular business hours and peak enrollment cyclesOccasional off‐hour virtual meetings may be requiredBenefitsAfter meeting the eligibility requirements, benefits are available, including Health, 401(k) Retirement, Paid Holidays, and Paid Time Off.Salary Range$60,000 annual salaryWilliamsburg Learning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
