The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, real estate, and land development, with a focus on providing legal support for various projects and transactions. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with regulations, drafting contracts, and representing clients in litigation related to construction and real estate matters.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal counsel on construction and real property mattersDraft, review, and negotiate contracts related to construction projectsRepresent clients in litigation involving construction disputes and real estate transactionsConduct legal research and analysis to support client interestsAssist in land development projects and zoning issuesCollaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve legal issuesStay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting construction and real estateQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice in FL3+ years of experience in construction law, real property, or related fieldsStrong understanding of land development and zoning regulationsExcellent negotiation and drafting skillsProven litigation experience in construction or property disputesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsBase Salary: $140K-$180K+ (DOE)Hours bonus of $10K @ 1950 hoursMedical, Vision, Dental401k
