We are a boutique marketing and advertising firm looking for a highly organized, creative-minded Junior Project Manager to join our team. This is a part-time contract role (20–25 hours/week) with the potential to grow as we expand.You will be the "glue" that holds our projects together—ensuring our creative assets and ad campaigns move from concept to completion smoothly.We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Junior Project Manager with a strong background in marketing and advertising. This role is for someone who can bridge the gap between our creative team and our clients, ensuring every project stays on track and every client feels heard.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing status updates and managing expectations with a professional and friendly tone.Project Ownership: Stay "on top of" all moving parts using Monday.com. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality.Creative Oversight: Perform light edits and "image cleaning" using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Digital Marketing: Monitor and organize assets for Google Ads, social media campaigns, and SEO projects.Meetings: Attend and contribute to early morning meetings (essential for syncing with the team and clients before the day ramps up).Requirements & SkillsMarketing/Ad Background: Solid understanding of marketing strategy and social media terms.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID) is a must.Work Authorization: Specifically seeking international students (F-1/OPT) with a valid U.S. Work Permit.
