Trim Operator-2nd Shift

Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. Due to continued growth, we are immediately hiring for Trim Operators, to join a full-time production team on 2nd Shift. Responsibilities: Position requires light lifting of 20-25 Lbs. Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment Adhere to safety policies and procedures Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials Benefits: $800 Sign On Bonus Perfect Attendance Bonus - $100/week 2nd Shift Differential - $1.00/hour Competitive wages - pay based on experience 100% Company Paid Employee Medical Coverage Family Medical Coverage options available Vision, Dental, Supplemental Coverages Paid vacation and holidays 401K Plan with up to 4% Company Match Employee referral program
