This role is for a well-rounded analytics professional who can design polished, executive-ready Power BI dashboards while also working directly in SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and curated reporting datasets. The successful candidate must be able to learn complex ERP, accounting, project, HR, and operational data; research unfamiliar source structures; validate results against trusted systems and reports; and create reusable governed datasets that other report authors and business users can rely on. This is not a visualization-only role; the person in this position must be able to investigate source data, determine the correct grain and business meaning of fields, build or refine reporting datasets, and explain why the numbers are correct.We are looking for a well-rounded analytics professional who can create polished, professional Power BI dashboards while also working hands-on with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and curated reporting datasets. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning complex ERP, accounting, project, and operational data; researching unfamiliar data structures; validating results against trusted sources; and helping build reusable datasets rather than relying solely on others for data engineering support.
