Regional DirectorThe Regional Director will serve as a mentor and clinical resource to other clinicians, provide day-to-day operational oversite, strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to a team of ABA Therapists, RBT's, Clinical Coordinators to accomplish client objectives, revenue goals, client satisfaction, business development and growth targets. The Regional Director will manage a small caseload in conjunction with overseeing a group of BCBA's.Job Duties:• Oversee and manage the therapeutic needs of the region's clients. Ensure quality clinical services and implementation of best practices in treating children with autism or other developmental disabilities.• Ensures delivery of clinical practices in accordance with the credentialing board's ethical code• Design, coordinate, and oversee assessment and intervention services and programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. Ensures the smooth transition of incoming clients and discharging clients• Trains and supervises regional behavior therapists, RBT's & assigned BCBA's in areas such as: Professionalism, Creating and Monitoring Implementation of Programming, Data Collection, Development and Monitoring BIP and more.• Provide supervisory and consultative services to assigned Clinical Coordinators to ensure accurate implementation of policies and procedures by them and their subordinates and effective communication and interaction with families.• Oversee proper billing procedures and accuracy. Monitor and implement strategies to improve utilization of authorized hours, utilization of staff, and meeting of contracted requirements by employees. Completes and submits documentation in a timely manner regarding hours of service and services rendered• Monitors clinical team staffing schedules to ensure continuous delivery of authorized services• Ensure client programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrity by making consistent programming decisions for assigned clients and conducting overlaps with clients and behavior technicians and second tier supervision of BCBA's. Develop/revise/update programs as needed. Assess mastery of individual skills and/or targets.• Conducts regular internal audits and evaluation of fidelity to ensure optimal implementation of treatment interventions• Designs, implements, and systematically monitors skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Creates goals for skills generalization and maintenance. Oversees the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.• Training and development of new BCBAs by providing training and consultation on clinical skills when co-treating, providing consultation on challenging cases, and other generalized support as needed.• Review submission of treatment plans by BCBA's for completeness and appropriateness meeting criteria for medically necessary clinical objectives. Provide support and feedback ensuring each targeted clinical program is developed highlighting individual client needs.• Conduct regular evaluations of regional and team performance. Develop and maintain tracking and monitoring systems. Engages in problem solving as scheduling and staffing issues arise.• Conducts assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)• Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.• Assists with interviews and hiring new clinical staff including BCBAs and RBTs• Supervises interns/apprentices seeking BCBA certification• Leads weekly BCBA team meetings• Remains up to date regarding current trends, developments, and new research related to ABA• Monitor and implement strategies to increase employee and client satisfaction and retention.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftBenefits:401(k)401(k) 3% Match401(k) matchingContinuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceWork Location: Multiple locations#admin1License/Certification:BCBA (Required)Driver's License (Required)
