SAP S4HANA Program Manager

Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager with strong automotive and Dealer Management System (DMS) expertise to lead a large-scale multi-brand transformation programme in Kuwait.This is a major enterprise initiative involving SAP S/4HANA, DMS integration, and the expansion of multiple automotive brands within a complex group environment.📅 Start: ASAP(negotiable)📄 Contract: Initial 12 months✈ Relocation support provided- NOT a remote role- on site presence requiredKey responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programme delivery• Manage governance, PMO, RAID, and steering committees• Drive DMS workstreams across sales, service, after-sales, workshop, and parts operations• Coordinate cross-functional SAP workstreams including finance, logistics, and operations• Manage senior stakeholders across business and IT• Support scalable solution design for future expansion initiativesRequirements:✔ 10+ years SAP programme/project management experience✔ Proven SAP S/4HANA programme leadership✔ Strong automotive and DMS background✔ Experience with multi-brand environments✔ Good understanding of SAP FI/CO and MM processes✔ Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills✔ Fluent English communicationNice to have:• SAP Activate / Agile delivery experience• GCC or Middle East programme exposureIf interested, please send your CV or message directly for more information.
