The cloud-based AI platform leverages the latest advances in machine learning, large language models, data analytics, and cloud processing to solve previously intractable problems, transforming healthcare administration and payment operations.About The RoleThe organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help coordinate projects, both internal and customer-facing.What You’ll Do- Provide software development project management and cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products.- Understand business requirements and the related context driving software development to prioritize projects and activities effectively.- Interface with partners and customers to drive win-win outcomes.- Work closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, Product Managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality products and features throughout the software lifecycle.- Manage project schedules and tracking, ensuring cross-functional alignment and achievement of desired outcomes.- Identify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, following through until resolution.- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.What You Bring:- 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, with a strong track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects.- 5+ years of experience in software product delivery.- Experience and expertise in customer/partner communication.- A proactive approach to taking initiative and owning projects from start to finish.- The ability to build positive relationships based on trust and delivered value.- Strong communication skills, with robust process, project management, and decision-making/facilitating abilities.- A critical thinker who can balance strategic insight with attention to detail.
