IT Infrastructure Engineer
Role Overview
You will be a core technical force ensuring the stable operation of the company's critical infrastructure, keeping computing facilities ready for 24/7 operation. You will also serve as the primary technical liaison during official site visits and third-party audits, professionally addressing infrastructure-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site selection and on-site surveys for data center facilities; deliver professional survey reports and drive business coordination to ensure smooth facility deployment;
Coordinate with system integrators on networking solutions, and follow through on procurement progress and implementation;
Lead technical inspections and provide professional guided tours and technical Q&A for visiting auditors, inspection agencies, and business partners;
Maintain accurate and complete operations logs, incident reports, and equipment asset inventories.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in data center or critical facility operations and maintenance;
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences;
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with rigorous and meticulous documentation habits;
Flexibility to accommodate occasional on-site presence in California.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
