Senior Project Manager Opportunity in Auburn, CAJoin our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Auburn, CA, where innovation meets opportunity. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-year projects with high visibility at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. This hybrid role offers a balanced work-life schedule with 50% on-site at Auburn or Chico and 50% remote work, following a 4/10 work schedule (Monday to Thursday).Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, serving as the single point of contact.Provide guidance in engineering, risk management, and alternative analyses.Oversee and administer EPC contracts and negotiate third-party contracts.Develop and champion company-wide best practices.Mentor and guide less experienced project managers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent in education and experience.8 years of experience in project management, project controls, engineering, and/or construction for PG&E 9 years if an outside hire.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Knowledge of land acquisition, CPUC, environmental permitting, and EPC contracting procedures.Preferences:Experience working with/for PG&E.Strong soft skills for team collaboration across different business lines.Willingness to learn new processes and seek improvements.Pacific Gas and Electric Company is an AA/EEO employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
