Sales Account ExecutiveRole Overview: The Sales Account Executive (AE) is a critical revenue-generating role responsible for driving new business growth through prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling of SEO/PPC services. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, representing the company's value proposition and ensuring that every prospect who becomes a client is the right fit for long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of hustle and strategy, you'll need to move fast, think smart, and sell with integrity.You will report directly to the Head of Sales and will sell a combination of pre-packaged SEO/PPC offerings as well as custom-built solutions tailored to client needs.If you want a role where your effort directly equals your income, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to high earnings, this is for you.Role Goal: Own the full sales cycle from first touch to closed deal, consistently hitting newly added MRR targets while maintaining a high standard of client quality. Your goal isn't just to close deals — it's to close the right deals with clients who will grow with us, stay with us, and become long-term partners.Outcomes You Are Responsible ForOutcomes are tangible and measurable items that are core to your role and cultivate the value that we pay for you to create. These are core outcomes that allow you to know if you are winning in your role.Newly added MRR: You’ll be responsible for selling our services to new prospects and achieving newly added MRR targets according to our plan.Selling The “Right” Clients: You will need to have a 95% success rate of selling the right clients that align with our ICP. Tracked within the first 3 months of a sale.CapabilitiesThese are the capabilities that we believe you need to excel at in order to succeed in this role and achieve the valuable outcomes we need you to create in the role.Building Relationships: You’ll need to know how to build relationships with business owners and strategic partnerships to build your pipeline.Prospecting: Be able to leverage various prospecting methods to build relationships and deal pipeline; including networking, cold calling, gifting, and digital outreach.Cultivate an Exceptional Sales Experience: You create value for all prospects and meetings. Their experience with you represents the brand of the company. From first touchpoint to hand-off with the Client Success Manager, through the onboarding process, the prospect/client has the best possible experience. If anything needs to be improved, you call it out and help implement the needed changes.SEO & PPC Application: You need to have a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies. (We can train you if you don’t have this)Collaborative: Work collaboratively across all teams; especially fulfillment and marketing in order to identify needs of clients and craft and communicate the solutions to the prospect.Expectation Setting: Leverage clear communication with the client to define clear action items and outcomes and then set clear expectations of the Rotate Digital process.Complex to Simple: Have the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to provide value to the prospectCRM: You’ll need to effectively use Hubspot to track deals, manage conversations and follow up tasks, and build pipeline. You leverage this for your role and help hold other accountable on the sales team to use Hubspot effectively for your teams success.Solutions Focused: Strong decision-making skills; ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.Adaptive Time Management: Great time management to adapt to different types of workloads, adjust to unexpected changes, and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. You should be able to handle multiple responsibilities, including communicating with prospects, taking sales calls, training on new products or updated products, attending conferences, and coordinating internally about newly signed clients going through onboarding.
