This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients recovering from acute illness, injury, surgery, or neurological events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on functional independence and quality outcomes.The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and play a key role in helping patients regain strength, coordination, self-care skills, and confidence prior to discharge.Key Responsibilities:Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OTAssist patients with ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and feedingFacilitate therapeutic activities to improve strength, balance, endurance, cognition, and fine motor skillsUtilize adaptive equipment and train patients on compensatory strategiesAccurately document daily treatment sessions and progress toward established goalsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and case managementMaintain patient safety and adhere to facility and regulatory guidelinesIdeal Candidate:Active COTA license in practicing stateInpatient rehab or acute care experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to manage a productive caseload in a fast-paced settingThis is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who thrives in team-based care and is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.About Towne U.S. LLCTowne U.S. is a proud member of the Towne Family of Companies, which has been building community and opportunity since 1991.
