Paralegal
Our law firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Paralegal to join our team in a full-time, in-person role.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in supporting attorneys, staff, and clients with professionalism and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys with case preparation, document organization, and file management• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related materials• Maintain physical and electronic case files• Calendar deadlines, hearings, meetings, and appointments• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties as needed• Assist with printing, scanning, filing, mailing, and general administrative tasks• Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for meetings, hearings, mediations, or trials• Conduct basic legal and factual research as assigned• Help track case progress and ensure deadlines are metQualifications:• Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law office preferred• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefullyPersonal Attributes:• Proactive and self-motivated• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude• Professional and courteous with clients, attorneys, and staff• Able to manage competing priorities in a busy law firm environmentSchedule & Location:Full-time, in-person positionMonday through FridayCompensation:$50,000.00 per yearInterested candidates are encouraged to apply.
