Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist based in Silver Spring, MD. The Hairstylist will provide a range of services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments tailored to meet clients' needs and preferences. The role requires active communication with clients to understand their desired looks and deliver exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, recommending products, and staying updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and advanced knowledge of CosmetologyStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsCommitment to providing personalized and professional client experiencesAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentRelevant cosmetology license or certification as required by the state of MarylandPrior experience in a salon setting is preferred but not requiredPassion for the beauty industry and a willingness to stay updated on current trends
