This position blends hands-on carpentry with leadership, as you'll perform both rough and finish carpentry, guide a small team, and serve as the eyes and ears on the job site.ResponsibilitiesLead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projectsPerform both rough and finish carpentry with a focus on quality and efficiencyInterpret project plans and communicate any scope changes to the teamEnsure job site safety, cleanliness, and protection from the elementsMaintain effective communication with Project Managers and company leadershipPrepare material lists and notify the team of special order itemsRepresent the company professionally on all job sitesHold yourself and your team accountable for quality, timelines, and conductQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide a small crewStrong communication, accountability, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter who works independently and efficientlyValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust own standard hand tools and a drill setSalary And Benefits$22 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experiencePaid time off
