GXI Endpoint Architect - Evernorth Health Services

The GXI Endpoint Architect (Architecture Principal) will be responsible in guiding the company on strategic Architecture decisions and provides advice that has a significant impact on strategic planning. Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Leads cross-departmental project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally. Widely recognized Architecture expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with key organizations that are critical to the Architecture and Engineering of Endpoint Products.Partner with peers to take a project from our Intake Process and deliver it in a timely manner for our business partners.Troubleshooting complex Endpoint architecture issues.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, empathetic, innovative, and work with integrity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, effectively working and competing priorities simultaneously.Works independently with minimal oversight.Ability to communicate work with our customers and assist in their request to complete a successful project.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in computer science /business, and/or strong Engineering experience preferred.Extensive experience with Endpoint technologiesExperience working in a multi-faceted technology organization with a wide variety of applicationsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About The Cigna GroupDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
