Call us today at 319-246-1294 for more information.Paint3rd shift - 10:20pm -6:20amJob Duties:Perform all blade preparations prior to the paint application process which include but are not limited to:- Sandblasting of blade- Sanding of green blade- Sanding of repaired areas in preparation of filling- Rough filling of blade repairs, filters, and other areas- Geometric sanding of rough fill to blade geometry- Fine filling of blade-to-blade geometry- Paint and paint repair of blade.- Application of final finishing components to blade standards.Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.- Must be able to read, write & speak the English language fluently.- Ability to use hand & power tools and lifting equipment.- Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements.- Possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification.- Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day- Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off daysAll applicants must pass pre-employment background requirements, including a background check, drug screen, and education verification.Team Staffing is an Equal Opportunity EmployerRequirements: Job Type: Temporary Post Date: 05/13/2026
