Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Studio Manager in day to day job responsibilities to run the studio effectively (social media engagement, sales analysis, team and studio development, etc.) Absorb responsibilities, deadlines, and reporting by participating as acting Studio Manager on days when the Studio Manager is not present Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio and train staff in accordance with Studio Manager guidance Maintain a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation; collaborate with Studio Manager on creation of studio sales goals and tracking Model all studio activities by example, and invest in team’s development personally and professionally Responsible for helping the team meet performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, and facilities maintenance while leading by example; achieve top sales numbers within the studio Ensure all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check-in, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), customer care calls, change requests and document scanning Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound Lead one studio Sales Training/Staff Meeting per month. This agenda must be discussed and approved with the Studio Manager Encourage and assist Membership Advisors to participate in Employee Development Program Encouraged and permitted to Coach classes within studio (PT Certification required) Job Qualifications: Minimum 10 charitable or community volunteer hours within the last 12 months Previous athletic, sports, or team environment experience STRONGLY preferred Sales driven with previous leadership experience Minimum of two to three years of previous sales experience preferred Strong interest in community investment (charities, events, etc) Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment; Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, fun, successful environment for staff and clients Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours, as needed Benefits & Compensation: Benefits are very important to us.
