Office Administrator
About Central Mass EMS Corp.
We are a quasi-governmental agency and 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, our goal is to foster improvement to and assure the availability of competent EMS services throughout the region. CMEMSC provides assistance and support to the Department of Public Health in a cooperative effort to coordinate, maintain, and improve the EMS system throughout Central Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Manage invoicing, payments, and collections. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate financial records and oversee general ledger functions. Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Assist in event planning and coordination
Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Prepare all necessary documentation and reports for the end-of-year accounting and auditing process.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Exceptional phone etiquette skills
Experience with EMS is a plus
Education
Associate’s degree, or higher in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
