This organization operates in a fast paced environment and is seeking an experienced compensation professional to provide temporary support during a leadership leave.Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Total Rewards and Compensation professional to support compensation related initiatives on a consulting style, as needed basis. This role will partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and ad hoc pay related projects across the organization.The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing fluctuating workloads, and responding quickly to changing business priorities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarkingSupport market pricing and pay modeling initiativesAssist with compensation related requests tied to organizational growth and operationsAnalyze compensation data and prepare reporting for leadershipSupport compensation administration activities across multiple statesPartner with internal stakeholders on pay recommendations and compensation questionsMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation informationUtilize HRIS systems and compensation tools to support reporting and analysisQualifications:5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total RewardsHospitality or hotel industry compensation experience strongly preferredExperience supporting multi-state compensation structuresStrong knowledge of market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysisAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience with PayScale or similar compensation platforms preferredAbility to work independently in a fast paced environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredCCP or additional compensation certifications are a plusPerks:Fully remote opportunityFlexible hours with consulting style workloadExposure to executive level compensation initiativesOpportunity to support a nationally recognized hospitality organizationCollaborative and fast paced environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
