Licensed Massage Therapist – Corporate / Therapeutic-Focused Setting

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who values commitment, consistency and meaningful work, to join an established on-site corporate massage program, focused on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Our work is clinically focused and closely aligned with rehabilitative and therapeutic outcomes, helping employees remain functional, productive, and pain-free in a physically demanding work environment.
Therapists in this role provide treatment sessions designed to address repetitive motion injuries, chronic tension, and overuse patterns.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver focused therapeutic sessions with consistency and precision
Assess and treat repetitive strain and work-related musculoskeletal issues
Adapt techniques to individual needs within a structured time format
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a positive demeanor at all times
Work across multiple local facilities as scheduled
Adapt to changes in scheduling or workflow as the program evolves
Required Qualifications
Current Massage Therapy License (state-licensed and in good standing)
Active Liability Insurance
Strong foundation in neuromuscular massage, clinical/medical massage, or similar modalities
Ability to manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Professional, polite, and team-oriented attitude
Physically capable of performing repetitive therapeutic work
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in:
Neuromuscular Therapy
Medical or orthopedic massage
Injury rehabilitation or repetitive motion work
Background in clinical or corporate massage environments
