The Liaison will focus on building and maintaining relationships with mental health professionals to facilitate the seamless referral of patients to Marpa Minds' SPRAVATO® treatment service. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential collaborators, fostering strong partnerships, providing information on Marpa Minds’ services, and supporting healthcare providers and their patients throughout the referral and treatment process. Qualifications Interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture professional relationships with mental health professionals.Strong organization, coordination, and time-management skills to manage outreach and referrals effectively.Knowledge or willingness to learn about SPRAVATO® treatments, mental health care, and patient referral processes.Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders while staying self-motivated in a remote capacity.Proficiency in basic digital tools for communication, record-keeping, and reporting; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.Experience in healthcare or mental health industries is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in outreach, healthcare support, or related roles.
