A company is looking for a Small Business Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of bookkeeping and payroll clients while developing new business relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned bookkeeping and payroll clients Oversee the client acquisition process and ensure a positive client experience Negotiate contracts and communicate financial results to clients and tax professionals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent One year of account management experience Experience with CRM software Basic tax knowledge is preferred Bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting certification or experience is a plus
