*CNC Operator * *Location: *Three Rivers, Michigan *Pay: *$18.00 per hour *Schedule: *1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Fridays off – enjoy a 3-day weekend! *CDR Prosurce* is seeking a reliable CNC Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role focuses on operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. CNC programming experience is not required. This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience looking for a long-term position with a stable company. *Responsibilities:* · Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications · Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines · Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions · Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards · Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) · Perform minor machine adjustments as needed · Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors · Maintain a clean and safe work environment --- *Qualifications:* · Previous CNC lathe or machining experience preferred · Ability to read blueprints and job instructions · Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges · Strong attention to detail and quality · Basic mechanical aptitude · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · High school diploma or GED preferred --- *Physical Requirements:* · Ability to stand for extended periods · Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs when necessary · Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
