QTP is currently seeking a candidate for our design and engineering department.
As our CNC Programmer Engineer:
- Craft and refine CNC programs using Solidworks and Fusion 360 for vertical machining center(Fanuc Controls)
- Be proficient in Fusion 360CAD SolidWorks and programs
-Spearhead initiatives to reduce cycle times, extend tool life, and promote a culture of quality at the source’ across all assigned machining resources.
- Have strong math and geometric skills
- Have strong analytic skills
- Experience in editing G- & M-code at the control to troubleshoot issues, fine-tune feeds/speeds, refine toolpaths, and enhance surface finishes.
-Take a CAD file and create a fixture and machine program for new products.
-Have a passion for cars, truck and racing
Some additional/preferred (but not required) attributes:
- Have a working knowledge of metal materials and pipe systems
- Understand or learn machinery pertaining to production
- Strong communication and team skills
- A strong interest in cars/auto-industry(A Must)
- Manufacturing/Fabricating experience preferred

CNC Operating: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Solidworks Certification (Preferred)
