Senior Data QA Engineer / System QA Lead (End-to-End Data)Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)ContractOverviewWe are looking for a Senior Data QA Engineer / System QA Lead to drive end-to-end data validation across a complex ecosystem of data platforms and customer engagement systems.This is not a traditional QA role—you will own validation of data flows across systems (source → data lake → activation platforms) and help establish a scalable QA framework.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate end-to-end data pipelines across multiple systemsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and no data lossPerform data reconciliation (source vs target) using SQLValidate CUPID (Customer Unification Platform ID) mapping across systemsDefine and execute test plans, scenarios, and test casesSupport integration and acceptance testingIdentify, track, and resolve data-related defectsCollaborate with Data Engineering, Marketing, and IT teamsRequired SkillsStrong SQL and data validation experienceHands-on experience with ETL / data pipelinesExperience with data lakesUnderstanding of cross-system data flows and integrationsExperience in end-to-end / integration testingExperience with APIs and data integrationsNice to HaveExperience with Braze or marketing platformsExposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or identity systemsWhy This Role?High visibility across business and technology teamsOpportunity to build end-to-end QA capability from scratchWork on modern data platforms and customer engagement systemsKey NoteThis role requires someone who can think beyond traditional QA and understand the full data lifecycle across systems
