Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is searching for a bold, strategic, and values-aligned Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. You will lead PCAP’s financial strategy, long-range planning, and investor relations while overseeing audit, finance, loan servicing, and treasury functions. This is a seat at the table where decisions are made and your financial acumen will directly influence our capacity to lend more, grow further, and deepen our impact.You will lead:Multi-year financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic forecastingCapital strategy, asset-liability management (ALM), and liquidity planningInvestor and funder relations, including reporting, covenants, and due diligenceAnnual budgeting, reforecasting, and financial performance analysisGAAP compliance, CDFI Fund reporting, and federal/state funder complianceCurrent Expected Credit Loss (CECL) methodology and portfolio risk oversightTreasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management policiesAnnual external audit, Form 990, and internal controlsA talented Finance and Loan Servicing team, with a culture of accountability and growthImplementation of modern financial technologies, BI platforms, and data analytics capabilities What We’re Looking ForThe ideal PCAP CFO is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a strategy conversation and is equally passionate about both. You are scrappy and resourceful, able to build sophisticated financial infrastructure without big-budget resources. You are collaborative by nature, adaptable when regulations or funding landscapes shift, and deeply motivated by PCAP’s mission.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, and/or CMA strongly preferred15+ years of progressively responsible financial management in nonprofit, CDFI, or commercial lending settings7+ years of senior-level management and supervisory experienceDemonstrated experience raising or managing capital from banks, foundations, institutional lenders, and government agenciesDeep expertise in ALM, capital planning, credit risk, liquidity risk, and enterprise risk managementProficiency with financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, and business intelligence (BI) toolsExperience with CDFI compliance, federal/state funder requirements, and nonprofit financial reporting Why PCAP?At PCAP, your financial leadership will not just appear in reports it will show up in the communities we serve. Preferred candidates will be in a commutable distance to PCAP’s Charles Town, WV, office, or willing to relocate to the area.
