Full Stack Developer

Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field•12+ years of experience in full stack software development with a strong focus on Javatechnologies and modern frontend frameworks• Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, SpringData)• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including state management, component design, andresponsive UI development• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar,with a demonstrated ability to drive productive workflows and critically evaluate AI-generatedoutput• Strong experience with SQL Server (or a comparable RDBMS), including complex queries, storedprocedures, and performance optimization• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design, and container technologies(Docker, Kubernetes)• Strong grasp of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and securecoding practices• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technicalStakeholdersDesired Skills• Experience in financial services, private equity, or fund administration• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar fund accounting platforms• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments• Exposure to building or maintaining financial transaction processing systems or reportingengines• Track record of mentoring or working alongside engineers in adopting AI-assisted developmentpractices• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or backend service development• Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
