We champion the individual capabilities of our employees and the collective power of the team and extend that commitment to our surrounding families and communities.We are currently seeking a full time LTL Picker to join our Canton, GA team on the swing shift, Monday- Friday, 6:00pm-2:30am, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later depending on business needs.Position Summary: As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse, there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.Responsibilities:Pick items to match customer ordersUse of electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck May require use of electric or manual pallet jackAble to read and interpret a pick ticketMust have a high level of accuracyUsing an RF handheld deviceQualifications:Minimum 1 year of forklift experienceAt least 1 year of experience operating a reach truckAbility to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick ticketsStrong attention to accuracy and detailPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.Climbing off on forklifts (For positions that requires that).Benefits:Ubique Group offers a competitive benefits package, including:Major medical, dental, and vision coverage with no waiting periodCompany-paid life insurance and employee assistance programFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with company matchEmployee discount on Ubique Group products Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 Accrued PTO days per year.
