We take pride in our diverse project portfolio, encompassing Corporate Interiors & Lobbies, Hospitality, Retail, Educational, Health & Fitness, Medical, Ground-up, and Multi-Family Residential, including Building Amenities.Job Summary:Wesbuilt is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering ground-up and interior projects in New York City—including support of excavation (SOE), foundations, superstructure, façade, and interior finishes.The Senior Project Manager is a key figure of the project team, responsible for the overall success of a project. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership skills, as well as be able to successfully set, observe, and re-evaluate project priorities frequently.Responsibilities:Lead all assigned staff and maintain strong working relationships with the owner and all project stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.Provide direction for the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and other administrative details required for strong project management execution.Prepare or review project status reports to ensure accuracy and facilitate project status meetings with owner, owner's rep, vendors, and subcontractors.Conduct internal staff meetings to disseminate appropriate company and project information to ensure that project staff are informed of needed information.Review subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout the lifecycle of the project and approve for payment or negotiate appropriate changes with subcontractor.Provide timely and accurate information to accounting to ensure proper invoice preparation to the client, including change orders for approval by the client.Ensure final payments are received from the client, and appropriate invoices are paid to subcontractors.Professional Qualifications & Experience:To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications.Bachelor's degree in Construction related degree and equivalent work experience is preferred.10+ years of relevant experience in commercial general contractor project management (base building/ground-up/core and shell).Proven ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects.Professional experience may include strong supervisory responsibility as a Site Superintendent.Well-developed communication, decision-making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills are necessary.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore Construction Management Software.NYC Local Law 196 SST Supervisor Card – 62 Hours
