Customer Sales Support Representative - On-Site to Hybrid Role

Assist in backing up other Customer Sales Support staff.Customer Sales Support for Specific Assigned AccountsWork with salesperson or intercompany department on a regular basis to evaluate accounts you handle for them.Receive, acknowledge, process customer orders in Great Plains Dynamics, distribute, follow up on deadline being met for orders, coordinate any issues and bill out.Where applicable, process orders, invoices and ASN's through EDI PlatformReview, update pricing and any necessary paperwork for price changes, new/disc. items, deals, etc. that apply to that customer.Review any pricing discrepancies on orders, billing, and deduction research and communicate back to customer or accounting.Research, process and validate deductions, submit credit memos and special returnsCoordinate with sales and customers for account specific deadlines and pricingProcess and file customer specific documents through PaperSaveCoordinate travel arrangements and planningCoordinate Food Show arrangements and planningMaintenance and other ReportingPricing maintenance in Microsoft Excel and Great Plains Dynamics for price changes, newitems, deals, and special promotionsWork with pivot tables, Great Plains Dynamics, SRS Reports, Bi360 and other reporting software to generate movement, inventory, sales volume, ad recaps, open orders, newitem setup info and fill rate analysis.Create or generate copies of any order forms, preorders, store tags, presentation materials requested by sales with various Microsoft software programs.General ledger coding on assigned expensesAnswer calls directed to sales line and assist in the help of any sales team member, customer or consumer inquiries or requestsCreate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each job responsibility you have.Backup other Customer Sales Support Staff positions as needed.May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiencyAll other necessary duties as assigned by SupervisorRequirements Necessary to Perform This Job Function: (Educational & Physical)High School Diploma RequiredAssociate degree or equivalent certification program preferredMinimum 2 years of office or inside sales experience requiredStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience working with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics, SPS Commerce, Solver BI360, and relational databases preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audienceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentAbility to multitask, be highly organized and use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problemsRegularly required to talk, read, hear and see. Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand; walk; manual dexterity; and reach with hands and arms.Ability to lift 25 poundsMinimal travel when needed
