Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Fort Worth and Southlake/Keller locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect co-pays
Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assist with prior authorizations and referrals as needed
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
Process and manage incoming faxes, emails, and medical documents
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Schedule & Work Environment:
Must be available to work at both Fort Worth and Southlake/Keller locations
Full-time schedule with occasional flexibility as needed

Salary
$16 - $20 per hour
