Pay and Earnings: Earn $0.52 to $0.68 CPM $6,000 to $8,000 Monthly Experienced drivers earn top pay with our tiered bonus structure: Base Pay: $0.52 to $0.60 CPM based on experience Safety Bonus: $0.02 CPM Production Bonus: up to $0.03 CPM Retention Bonus: up to $0.03 CPM for drivers with past employer tenure More miles and more experience means more money in your pocket. Annual pay increases Weekly pay via direct deposit $2,000 retention bonus - paid quarterly over 1 year Paid layover, detention, and breakdown pay Home Time: 1 day home for every week out 2 weeks out - 2 days home 3 weeks out - 3 days home How We Run: 11 Western states 10,000 - 13,000 miles per month Consistent freight - if you want miles, you'll get them Pre-planned dispatch = less time at the dock 2023 or newer automatic trucks (refrigerators fold-down bunk in every truck) Samsara electronic logs and drive cam cameras Fuel cards covering fuel, DEF, and scale tickets Professional, friendly staff available 24 hours Freight: All freight is no-touch , with the exception of cookie loads (hand unload). Cookie loads pay an average of $250 - $300 per trailer unloaded, plus mileage. Utah loads are all pre-loaded - no waiting.
