Round Table Shift Manager

Position Summary Division CG Hospitality - Round Table Position Shift Manager (R) Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-Time Job Description Shift Manager Round Table Pizza The Shift Managerperforms a variety of duties, including greeting and serving guests, preparing product, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and completing light paperwork. A Shift Manager is responsible for working well within the restaurant team, focusing on the timely completion of assigned shift duties and operating with a high level of commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Requirements Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends. Ability to promote a positive, productive, friendly and upbeat team spirit. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed Qualifications Experience in a restaurant environment Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid drivers’ license, good driving records, and automobile insurance Basic computer skills Spanish Speaking a plus Physical Requirements Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
