Regional Coordinators oversee and lead all service coordination and provider oversight in their region.
In addition to the duties listed below, Regional Coordinators must adhere to the description of behavior analysis services as outlined in the Behavior Analyst Service Description. This includes implementation of the protocol checklist and behavior support plan template. Regional Coordinators are expected to follow all the policies and procedures established by PBS Corp.
Supervision
Regional Coordinators report to their assigned Regional Clinical Director and, when applicable, Regional Director. They provide oversight and supervision to team members within their region, including:
Senior Behavior Analysts
Regional Clinical Training Coordinators
Behavior Analysts
RBTs

Behavior Assistants
Staffing Service Specialists
Client Service Specialists
All team members receive supervision and support to ensure adherence to PBS Corp. policies and the delivery of high-quality services.
Hours/Shifts
Exempt full-time role, typically requiring a standard work week of 40 hours. The position primarily follows regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. The Regional Coordinator may be required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings or weekends, to address regional needs. The Regional Coordinator is expected to manage their time effectively to meet all responsibilities within the time allotted.
Place of Service
Regional Coordinators may work from a home office for administrative duties; however, if a PBS Corp. office exists in the region, they may be required to work from that office. When applicable, billable behavior analysis services must be delivered in locations recommended by the individual’s behavior plan and in alignment with funding source guidelines. Services must also be provided in settings relevant to the behavior being addressed.

In regions without a Senior Behavior Analyst, review behavior plans and supporting documentation to ensure adherence to protocols and effectiveness of interventions.
Respond promptly to concerns from families, staff, and funding agencies, and make referrals to external providers or agencies when appropriate.
Identify training needs for behavior analysts, RBTs, assistants, and caregivers; schedule and facilitate training as necessary. This may include leading sessions or working with the Clinical Director to assign appropriate personnel. Training topics may include CEU events, Introduction to ABA, RBT Training Programs, and mentoring.
