Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Crew Foreman to join our team. The Crew Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a Landscaping and / or Mow crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise crew members on-site - Coordinate daily tasks and project schedules - Review and interpret Landscape Blueprints - Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards - Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines Skills: DRIVER LICENSE IS A MUST! - Proficiency in Landscape management - Knowledge of Plant Material - Mowing Expierence with both Zero Turns and Walk Behind Mowers. - Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefit's: Paid Vacation 401K with 2% Matching Company provided shirts and Hats. 5 Unpaid sick Days Annualy Sign on Bonus after 90-day Probation period is completed.
