As a Le Creuset Brand Shop Specialist, you will become a product expert, educate others on our beloved brand, keep in-store product displays looking beautiful and host registry and culinary events. This member of our nationwide team works within a key retail partner to improve sales by sharing product knowledge, utilizing strong selling skills, building and maintaining a loyal client base, creating a best-in-class shopping experience, and communicating relevant business information to the retailer and Le Creuset. You’ll report directly to Le Creuset’s Merchandise Manager and work closely with the Account Manager. You will support store associates in closing sales. You convey a positive image in all you do and enjoy creating compelling merchandise presentations. You are passionate about delivering a joyful customer experience through collaboration, salesmanship, merchandise presentation with store visual team, in-store culinary and registry events. You embody hospitality, charm and professionalism, and genuinely demonstrate a willingness to contribute.Ingredients: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service and best-in-class shopping experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority:Utilizes strong relationship building and selling skills to assist consumers and maintain Le Creuset’s high customer service standardsMaintains product merchandising standards set by Le Creuset and store visual team to ensure our product displays are always clean, shoppable, and beautifully merchandisedHost in-store product demonstrations with the culinary team to highlight features and benefits, versatility and value of Le Creuset productsCollaborate with others to increase brand awareness and drive sales:Trains store sales associates and department managers on product benefits and promotions to increase their product knowledge and improve salesCommunicates weekly with Floor Manager on selling activities, stock deficiencies, training schedule for employees, work schedule and relevant business needsPlan and support in-store events by working with Merchandise Manager and Floor Manager to increase consumer brand awareness and salesHost weekly Registry events and assist registrants in selecting Le Creuset for their registrySubmit weekly action reports that includes all necessary information to help improve business, conversion rate and bi-monthly time sheets to Merchandise Manager.Communicates with Account Manager on suggested new merchandise, and replenishment levels to increase incremental salesThe Perfect BlendWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of consumer-focused sales experienceMust possess a valid U.S driver's license Available to work nights and weekendsResults oriented with strong selling and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailSelf-starter with strong time management skillsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenBasic skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & OutlookAbility to lift and mobilize items weighing up to 25 lbs.Why Join Our Table?At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history.
