Marketing Manager – Remote (Latin America Based)

Job Title: Marketing Manager – Remote (Based in Latin America) Job Description: Alev Jewelry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, with a strong focus on developing strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, social media presence (especially Facebook), email marketing, and coordinating with external design agencies. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. - Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (including Facebook, Google Ads, etc.). - Lead email marketing efforts via Klaviyo, including campaign creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Manage SMS marketing through Attentive, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. - Collaborate with the design agency to ensure consistent brand messaging across all materials. - Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI. - Manage Alev Jewelry’s social media presence, with a focus on engagement and conversion. - Identify new market opportunities and trends in the jewelry industry. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods. - Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.). - Strong experience in email marketing, including campaign management and optimization. - Proven ability to propose and execute innovative campaign ideas and develop effective segmentation strategies. - Understanding of marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics and email marketing software. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external partners. - Fluent in English and Spanish - Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
