This role ensures delivery of "white glove" service while optimizing end-to-end revenue cycle performance, client satisfaction, and financial results.This executive leader owns the client experience, operational performance, and growth across assigned service lines, partnering cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with Ventra Health's strategic objectives.Client Leadership & StrategyProvide leadership and strategy for Client Success and Revenue Cycle operations for RPEstablish and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients; serve as trusted advisorEnsure delivery of best-in-class service and client satisfaction across all engagementsLead client retention and growth strategies, including expansion within existing accountsPartner with Growth teams to support new business development and client acquisitionOversee successful onboarding and implementation of new clientsOperational Excellence & Revenue Cycle ManagementOversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations including accounts receivable, billing, collections, EDI, and denial managementDrive operational performance through KPIs, benchmarking, and continuous improvementEnsure optimization of workflows, policies, and best practices across service deliveryMonitor financial and operational trends; proactively identify risks and opportunitiesOwn action plans for performance gaps, including client escalations and service line watchlistsProvide executive oversight for system enhancements and technology enablementFinancial Performance & AnalyticsOwn performance of key financial metrics including collections, AR health, and productivityLeverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational improvementsDeliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadershipEnsure alignment to enterprise financial goals and client contractual expectationsPeople Leadership & Organizational EffectivenessBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed teamDrive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous developmentOversee talent strategy including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and engagementFoster cross-functional collaboration across Client Success, Operations, and Enterprise Service DeliveryLead offshore partnerships and ensure productivity and performance alignmentCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Enterprise Service Delivery to ensure seamless executionAct as a key contributor to enterprise strategic planningPromote alignment across departments to drive end-to-end client outcomesBachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field requiredMaster's Degree preferred10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management and/or Client ServicesDemonstrated experience leading large, complex teams and client portfoliosStrong background in healthcare, RCM, or payer/provider environmentsDeep expertise in revenue cycle operations, metrics, and healthcare billing practicesStrong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesProven ability to lead operations and drive performance outcomesExecutive presence with strong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to influence across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholdersStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetExperience managing global teamsAdvanced proficiency in reporting, analytics, and business toolsAbility to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.Basic touch 10 key skills.Basic Math skills.Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong time management and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.Equal Employment Opportunity (Applicable only in the US)Ventra Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culturally diverse organization.
