Associate Wealth Advisor

Responsibilities Support the Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships. Develop advanced capability across all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes. Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans, investments, and portfolio allocations. Assist in the preparation for client meetings, document discussions, and drive client follow‐up. Mentor others and provide oversight of work; play a primary role as a secondary advisor. Progress to greater independence related to client execution items and ultimately to client relationship management and independent decisions. Understand and manage processes related to client contracts, fee schedules, and onboarding. Maintain solid/active relationships with COI peers, providing critical support to the client team revenue. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree. 4–8 years of relevant experience. CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required. Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes. Experience with Salesforce, portfolio accounting software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, and planning software. Competencies in developing others, relationship and practice management. Detail‐oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High emotional intelligence and situational awareness. Proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Pay Information This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $100,800 - $162,400 USD per year. The range reflects a broad set of factors including experience, skills, knowledge, ability, education, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. Individual offers will be based on final candidate qualifications and experience. Physical Requirements The role requires working in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. It may also require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. The position is required to work onsite four days per week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older.
