Pool Manager II - Indy Island Aquatic Facility

Position is responsible for providing assistance in management of aquatic programs, aquatic services, aquatic facilities, and aquatic personnel. Position requires ongoing coordination and cooperation with the Aquatic Supervisor and Park Manager to provide fun, safe, clean facility and staff. Position Responsibilities Maintains the highest attention to safety for participants and employees. Provides and coordinates proper on deck supervision of staff, appropriate levels of lifeguard coverage, lifeguard attentiveness, proper lifeguard rotations. Manages facility risk management inspections and procedures in accordance with established Department, regulatory, and industry standards and protocols. Maintains and operates aquatic facility providing the highest attention to water quality and balance.
