ResponsibilitiesBuild up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and all real estate transactions Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers QualificationsApplicants need a Broker's license. (No license? No problem! We provide training and certification in-house!!)
