Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Controller to help lead the financial operations of a rapidly growing organization. Benefits & Extras Hybrid schedule Long-term equity incentive opportunity Established accounting team and strong financial foundation High visibility with executive leadership Opportunity to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Compensation $160,000 - $190,000 base salary What You'll Be Doing Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close Oversee percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP reporting Manage and mentor the accounting team Partner with operations to improve project profitability and reporting accuracy Analyze project margins, over/under billings, and financial performance Drive process improvements across accounting workflows Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives What You'll Need to be Considered 10+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of proven leadership experience Current experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP schedules REQUIRED Background in construction or project-based accounting environments Ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams Experience evaluating and improving project profitability Strong ERP system experience CPA designation preferred How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
