AMiche Talent Connect is conducting a search for a General Manager to lead operations at a growing turbomachinery and rotating equipment service facility in the Houston area.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations-driven professional with strong technical expertise in rotating equipment, turbomachinery repair, and shop management. The facility is in a critical growth phase, including operational expansion, facility upgrades, and team buildout.Key areas of responsibility include:• Leading daily site operations across machining, assembly, balancing, inspection, and repair• Driving safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance• Building and developing a high-performing operations team• Supporting facility expansion and continuous improvement initiatives• Providing technical oversight for API-style turbomachinery repairs and manufacturing processes• Managing site-level KPIs, workforce planning, and operational efficiencyIdeal candidates will bring:✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment services✔ Strong operational and technical knowledge of compressors, turbines, and related rotating equipment✔ Experience managing shop operations, production workflows, and cross-functional teams✔ A hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement✔ Experience with P&L ownership, Lean/5S, and facility growth initiatives preferred📍 Location: Houston, TX💼 Full-Time | OnsiteIf you or someone in your network may be interested, please reach out directly or apply through AMiche Talent Connect.
