Description Specialization: Family Medicine without OB Job Summary: We are seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician for our ACGME residency program in Roanoke, VA.Qualified Candidates: Board certified or board eligible in family medicine Responsibilities include teaching and seeing patients in an outpatient setting Support a balanced mix of clinical practice, teaching, and administrative leadership. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US Allocate at least 1 full day per week to administrative duties, including:Program development and strategic planning.Recruiting for the residency programDeveloping educational activities for the residentsFaculty meetings and committee participation.Resident evaluation.Resident advising and scholarly activity support.
